Our online support group meetings are hosted on a Zoom platform and are HIPAA compliant. Information given for registration for support groups is only seen by NAMI staff, no personal details or emails are used for soliciations.
Please use the links and pre-register for groups, space is limited in some groups so please find the group that meets your need, even if it is not your local affiliate.
You must be 18+ years old to participate in all of our groups.
Observers are not allowed in any NAMI Online Programs. All participants must meet the criteria of the Zoom Meeting they are attending.

COVID-19 Support Groups for Health Care Professionals NAMI Eastside is partnering with Sound Solutions to facilitate two COVID-19 Support Groups for healthcare professionals. Groups are held virtually and are open to all healthcare professionals. Group facilitators are licensed therapeutic staff at Sound Solutions in the State of Washington. The groups will focus on the shared experience of those in the medical community providing healthcare during COVID-19 and the challenges created by this experience. All groups are confidential and provided FREE of charge. Sign-in/Register in advance and you will receive a confirmation email with your unique meeting link. Space is limited Fridays (starting July 10th) 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM Survivors of Suicide Loss This group is for those who have lost a loved one to suicide. Writing Group: We free-write at the beginning and then provide a writing prompt to get the creative juices flowing! Please feel free to bring writings of your own. Led by peers with their own lived experiences, they write along with you and share their thoughts. Drop ins are welcome!
Connection & Substance Abuse Support Group: Presented by NAMI Southwest Washington Black, Indigenous and People of Color Support Group Peer-led group open to all BIPOC individuals looking for mental health support and connection. We recognize that supporting and caring for people with mental illness who are of our same generation or peer group brings a different set of experiences than in a parent/child relationship, and this group is designed to allow participants to connect with others who share those experiences.
