Our online support group meetings are hosted on a Zoom platform and are HIPAA compliant.  Information given for registration for support groups is only seen by NAMI staff, no personal details or emails are used for soliciations.

Please use the links and pre-register for groups, space is limited in some groups so please find the group that meets your need, even if it is not your local affiliate. 

You must be 18+ years old to participate in all of our groups.

Observers are not allowed in any NAMI Online Programs. All participants must meet the criteria of the Zoom Meeting they are attending.

COVID-19 Support Groups for Health Care Professionals

NAMI Eastside is partnering with Sound Solutions to facilitate two COVID-19 Support Groups for healthcare professionals. Groups are held virtually and are open to all healthcare professionals. Group facilitators are licensed therapeutic staff at Sound Solutions in the State of Washington.  The groups will focus on the shared experience of those in the medical community providing healthcare during COVID-19 and the challenges created by this experience.

All groups are confidential and provided FREE of charge.  Sign-in/Register in advance and you will receive a confirmation email with  your unique meeting link.  Space is limited

Survivors of Suicide Loss

This group is for those who have lost a loved one to suicide. Practices include: Telling the story of our lives to a compassionate group of listeners, Separating ourselves from what has happened to us, Dealing with traumatic losses in active ways, Learning from and supporting each other, Learning how to calm ourselves, Fostering resilience, Improving overall health and daily functioning, Restoring a sense of having a future.

STRivE Skills Building Class:

STRivE is 10 weekly lessons that repeat on an on-going basis for individuals with mental health challenges. You may start the class at any time. STRivE creates a safe and supportive environment for learning skills and tools for recovery. You can be anywhere in your journey of recovery, either new to recovery or if you need a boost.

Connection & Substance Abuse Support Group:
NAMI Connection & Substance Use Support Group is a recovery support group program for adults living with a dual diagnosis of mental illness and substance use disorder. These group meetings provide a place that offers respect, understanding, encouragement, and hope. NAMI Connection groups offer a casual and relaxed approach to sharing the challenges and successes of coping with mental illness and substance use disorder. All NAMI Support Groups are confidential – participants can share as much or as little personal information as they wish. Meetings will be guided by NAMI Connection’s Principles of Support. Prospective participants are welcome to drop-in and check the group out.
