Our 2021 Walk
You walked solo, in small groups, and larger ones,
in parks, neighborhoods, and mountain ranges,
with friends, family members, and dogs.
You posted Signs of Hope,
practiced yoga, kayaked, hosted picnics, and made art.
You participated Your Way-
and showed that NAMI and mental health are important to you!
